Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance, but we do accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments. We can provide you with a super bill to seek reimbursement from your insurance as an out-of-network provider.
For surgery, the hospital portion of the bill is sent to your insurance while the procedure fee for Dr Ivana’s portion is collected separately. This will be discussed in the office upfront.
Insurance can cover lab work such as pap smears and testing, which the order will be sent to your preferred in-network lab. If you’re uninsured, we offer a cost-effective option.
You will receive an order for a radiology service that you need like a mammogram, a hysterosalpingogram or an ultrasound which will be ordered with your insurance benefits. The order will also be sent to the imaging center.
An intimacy coach is more practical and solution-focused, while a therapist looks at sexual issues from a psychological angle. Coaching involves working together to overcome dissatisfaction and reach your goals. Coaching is a method of training yourself to achieve specific behaviors and experiences with the guidance of a coach. Therapy holds up a mirror. Coaching opens a door. Intimacy coaching is not recommended for those experiencing physical or emotional abuse.
We will work together based on your goals as an individual or as a couple and utilize the assessment tool to set a goal that will serve as a roadmap for our sessions. There will be periodic guidance, support to continue to enhance the intimacy. Virtual coaching sessions are also available to help you address your concerns.

Where do I start? Dr. Ivana is absolutely amazing! From the time I called to make my appt to the time i walked In the door. First or all, the office is beautiful!
